Who this policy covers
This policy applies to two groups. Installers, EPC companies, dealers and channel partners who create an account and use the platform ("you"). And the homeowners, businesses and farmers whose details installers store on the platform ("end customers").
For end customer data, the installer decides what is collected and why. We process that data on the installer's behalf and only to provide the service.
What we collect from you
- Account details: name, work email, company, role, city and installation volume, given at signup or through the contact form.
- Usage information: pages and features used, device and browser type, and error logs, to keep the service working.
- Billing details for paid plans, handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
What installers store about end customers
- Contact details and the rooftop location.
- Electricity bills, sanctioned load and consumption history used for sizing and quotes.
- Documents uploaded for subsidy applications, such as identity, ownership and bank proofs.
- Installation photos, generation data from inverters, and service visit records.
How we use data
- To provide the platform: designs, quotes, subsidy files, installation tracking, monitoring and service.
- To send you login details, service messages and replies to your enquiries.
- To keep the platform secure and to fix problems.
- To improve features using aggregated information that does not identify any person.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal data, yours or your customers'.
- We do not contact your end customers for our own marketing.
- We do not share one installer's leads or customers with another installer.
Satellite imagery and AI
Rooftop designs are created from satellite imagery and photos you add. The AI produces drafts that installers and their engineers review. Imagery of a rooftop is used only to design that rooftop for the installer who requested it.
Sharing with service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing and satellite imagery. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. Inverter data is fetched from vendor portals only when an installer connects them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access inside an account is controlled by roles, so partners, crews and office staff each see only what their role needs. Documents shared through customer upload links are available only to the installer's team.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records for longer. You can export your data before closing your account.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export or delete your account information at any time, or ask us to do it through the contact page. End customers who want to access or remove their data should contact their installer, and we will help the installer act on the request.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for forms and security checks to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that affects how your data is used, we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
