Try before you pay
The 10 free rooftop designs have no time limit and need no card. We encourage you to use them on real leads before choosing a paid plan.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month already paid. Partial months are not refunded.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of the first payment, you receive a full refund. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
Upgrades and added users
When you upgrade or add users, you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. Removing users takes effect at the next renewal.
Design credit packs
Extra design credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used to design a roof are not refundable.
Service problems
If a fault on our side stops you from using a paid feature for more than 3 days in a row, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period.
How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact page with the email on your account and the invoice concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
